  • Swap emails for invoices, job posts, or proposals. Same pattern.
  • Three examples beat one. Strip names before you paste.

  • Customer names, emails, or phone numbers from the examples. Swap in [CUSTOMER].
  • Use a business AI account, not a personal one, for company data.
