I lead AI work at Company Vitals. I work with owner-led businesses of 10–50 people. The advisory work runs through Company Vitals.
What that covers
- Deciding where AI pays off. Which work to hand to AI, which to fix first, which to leave alone.
- Rules for your team. What's allowed, what never goes into AI, and who checks what before it goes out.
- Cleaning up the data underneath. AI is only as useful as the books, lists and files you point it at.
- Getting one or two workflows running, measured against what the work cost before.
How it starts
- A 30-minute call. You tell me what's slow or expensive. If AI isn't the answer, I'll say so.
- If it's a fit, we scope the first piece of work in writing before anything starts.
- Then the work. Usually a few focused weeks on the first workflow, then a lighter monthly rhythm.
