Have the AI ask you questions before it answers, so it isn't guessing.
Remove names and account numbers before you paste.
I need to [TASK, e.g. "write a one-page process for how we approve vendor bills"]. Before you write anything, ask me the questions you need answered to do this well. Ask them one at a time and wait for my answer each time. When you have enough, tell me, then write it.
How to adapt it
- Use this when the first answers you've gotten were generic.
- Name the task in one line. Don't paste the whole process yet.
- The 'Where should AI start?' prompt is this method applied to ranking work.

- Approval limits you consider sensitive
- Use a business AI account, not a personal one, for company data.
