Before you name a bottleneck, interview me. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer.
Ask about: where work piles up, who waits on whom, what starts on paper or in email, and where something gets retyped.
When you have enough, name the likely choke point, what you'd time for two weeks, and what you would not try to fix with AI yet.
Talk about hours at stake, never "hours saved."
How to adapt it
  • Answer with what you see, not what you wish happened.
  • If you already timed the task, paste the before number and skip the timing question.
Don't paste this in
  • Client or customer names
  • Account, card, SSN or tax ID numbers
  • Passwords
  • Health information
  • Use a business AI account, not a personal one, for company data.
