Ask for a draft, then have the AI find what's weak in it and fix it.

Remove names and account numbers before you paste.

Prompt · 3 lines
Write a first draft of [THING, e.g. "a job post for a part-time bookkeeper, 20 hours a week"].
Then review your draft as a skeptical [READER, e.g. "experienced bookkeeper deciding whether to apply"]. List the 3 biggest problems.
Then write a revised version that fixes them.
How to adapt it
  • Name the skeptical reader: customer, bookkeeper, or your partner.
  • Use this when the first draft is 'fine' and you don't want to rewrite it.
Don't paste this in
  • Pay details you haven't approved for public posting
  • Current staff names
  • Use a business AI account, not a personal one, for company data.
